There are numerous ways you can interact with us through the website, filling in guestbooks, making a donation or purchase. But we are not planning on having a login.

So we will be asking you for your email address, and tracking your contributions using that email. We ask that you use your primary email, and that it be valid - because some time we may actually need to email you back

You may subscribe and opt-out of newsletters, and promotional emails.

When for example you want to sign our guestbook, we will ask you for an AKA. The AKA can be the short version of a camp title, your stage name, or a completely fictional name. We will refer to you by your AKA when we publicize events.

We may provide a clickable index of AKA's you can click on, to see where you show up on our site.

When you make a purchase, or donation, or supply you with a legal receipt, we may need your billing name. Your name is private between us, and we will not publish it.

If however, your name is part of your livelihood, and you wish it to be promoted, you may supply your real name when we ask you for an AKA.

We need your contact information when you volunteer to help out at events, because we may need to get in touch with you on short-notice.

If you make an inkind donation, such as a venue, we also need your contact information.

Your Phone number will be very important if you wish to actively share in our mission. Otherwise, we will use your email for person-to-person contact.

We may share your phone number with other organizations if they are managing an event you are volunteering for, or if you live in a city/state near another chapter. After all, they may need to contact you on short notice too.

We only need your physical address for transaction record-keeping, and if you volunteer with us.

However, we need your City and State, We'd love to have you join us in San Jose, but due to the nature of the Internet, you may be living in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Maybe San Jose is too much of a commute for you, but there is an International Imperial Court chapter near you.

If you make an online donation and/or purchase tickets, items for raffles, please be advised that PayPal provides us with your billing contact information.

Your Contact information and description of the purchase/donation is saved as part of a transaction history on our Paypal account. PayPal also provides us with a mechanism to store that information on our database, which we may be required to do for auditing purposes.

We may also track donations as part of an ongoing history of your involvement with us so that we may acknowledge you. This information will be for our internal use only.

We may be storing your information in our Customer Relation Management database as Leads. Unless otherwise agreed, we will correspond with you by email only. When you become actively involved, we may call you when appropriate.

Our goal is to build a network of friends, sponsors and supporters, relationships that will span into future reigns.

SSL is a technology that scrambles the information going back-and-forth between your computer and the website, sitting on a computer run by your webhost.

We use SSL for:
• Your PayPal Confirmation page, hosted on our website
• For any form requesting your physical contact information, such as an offer to volunteer, or making an inkind donation.

We will use PayPal for processing Donations, Ticket sales and Raffles. When you press the button, you will be in their system, which is also SSL-protected. When you return to our website onto a comfirmation page, that page will also be protected by SSL.

If in the future we feature member-only login, your login/logout will be protected by SSL.
